(3) I tried to call customer service but you are closed for the weekend. Using an old i860 printer and EZ print software. Is that because I am doing something wrong, or is it because Thumbnailer has been integrated into Essentials? If they are integrated, why do I have separate icons for Essentials and Thumbnailer in my dock? I don't seem to be able to use the program to look at thumbnails.
